About the Course
Learn to Meditate during the 1Giant Mind 3-Day Learn Meditation course. Facilitated live with Alisa, this interactive course is delivered over 3 consecutive days- 90 minutes per session.

During each session, you will receive instruction on how to practice the 1Giant Mind Being Meditation Technique effectively, we meditate together and have plenty of time for questions to refine and make any adjustments to ensure you are practicing correctly. After each session you are encouraged to practice on your own at home with the opportunity to bring questions back for refinement the following day.

On completion of the course, you can expect to be meditating independently with a solid foundation of the technique, enabling this practice to be integrated into your daily life straight away.
.
Over the course of 3 sessions, information will be shared on topics including the nature of stress and its impact on health and well-being; demystifying common misconceptions about meditation; practical strategies to make meditation a daily habit, as well as discussions designed to enhance your understanding of how meditation can connect us to our deepest nature- that is, as human beings, connecting us to our "being-ness"!
